>> you will have plenty of time to arrive without rushing.
>> you can take some time for yourself afterward, to reflect and to give your body space to integrate the experience, which seldomly happens if you jump into other activities right after a massage or mediation.
book a chair massage session
I offer chair massages for a minimum of 4 hours (3 massages/hour) at a rate of €70/hr excl BTW
