I will use a combination of deep tissue, pressure points, and myofascial release techniques to increase blood and lymphatic circulation and release any unnecessary tension in your structure.

20m back, shoulders and arms massage ideal as a relaxing and refreshing break at work or at a big event. I use a combination of pressure points, myofascial release and deep tissue techniques to treat accumulated stress and tension.

I will guide you in a dialogue space with a significant other you are in conflict with, offering an external ear that can support you in expressing yourself honestly and hearing the other with an open heart. During these NVC-based sessions, there will be space for both people to express what’s important to them and be heard.
